For All Ages and Abilities

At Wellness Revolution CrossFit, we believe in the CrossFit methodology. We train with a full spectrum of the CrossFit method using gymnastics, cardio and weightlifting to develop a general physical preparedness that enables them to do well at any task or sport life throws their way now – and long into the future. That is a big goal and a big responsibility – and one we have never taken lightly.

Our daily workouts offer nurturing and competitiveness that fuels you to keep pushing your limits in a challenging, safe, and downright awesome environment.

CrossFit

In its true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in its practical, everyday life definition, it’s hands-on fitness at its finest.

At our gym, CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey. They invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again! We generally start with a warmup and stretch. Then, we transition to a weightlifting or gymnastics portion which is designed to strengthen your body and teach you valuable skills. At this point we move to the WOD (Workout of the Day) which is all about high intensity movement. This will leave you gasping and sweating on the floor but after 10 minutes you’ll be excited to do it again tomorrow!

CrossFit Kids

Our kids program is awesome. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for your children. CrossFit Kids is an exciting fitness program designed for children ages 5-12. CrossFit Kids is designed to get your child moving, while learning basic fitness skills, engaging in teamwork, and of course, having fun! Our program will mostly be based on running, bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, and basic weightlifting.

Open Gym

Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure. Our athletes use this time to add in extra work to help reach specific goals or to do the WOD if their schedule conflicts with regular classes.

Open Gym is an added value for all of our members.

Small Group

These training sessions are scheduled with one of our coaches outside of our group classes. This will allow you to learn foundational movements to ensure success in the group classes.

You will work hard, but at a rate that is conducive to your fitness level and our coaches will assess any special accommodations or modifications you may need moving into our group classes.

You will learn proper form and technique with the movements in a smaller setting with more hands-on teaching from our coaches.

Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and walk through your goals, we’ll do a quick fitness assessment with you, and we’ll walk through what you can expect.

We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. What’s best… A treadmill at home? The gym down the street that is $15/month? A CrossFit membership? We’d actually encourage you to ask a different question. What are your goals? Personalized attention? Trained, professional coaches? Accountability? Working out with a group of like-minded people who cheer on your success? If the answer to any of the above is “yes”, then we’d encourage you to check us out.

We love nothing more than having visitors from other boxes come “throw down” with us!

If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $15 per class.

It’d be great if you’d plan on arriving 15 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign and introduce you to our box. You can find our class schedule Here.

You may find that we do things a little differently than your “box back home.” We hope that you enjoy the change in scenery, clientele, maybe even music. If anything makes you uncomfortable, however, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.

CrossFit is a fitness program that will change your life. By it’s definition, it uses “constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity”. As a truly functional program, the difficulty level of our daily workouts is designed to be increased or decreased, depending upon the individual. This makes them doable by anyone.

Daily workouts could include things such as core conditioning, rowing, sprinting, gymnastics, lifting, etc. And all our workouts are designed to improve overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, and agility

The very first thing you will discover is that CrossFit does not discriminate. Whether you are young at heart, or have just completed your 50th marathon, or are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’re someone training for the Iditarod…We will help you achieve your fitness goals.

One of the things that makes CrossFit so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. CrossFit bodies – our bodies – come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.

Yes, anyone.
