John Vincent, D.C.
I became addicted to CrossFit in 2010. I had always been involved with sports and fitness. My workouts consisted of mainly strength based movements at a typical gym.
MORE ABOUT JOHN
I felt I was in great shape and then I went to my first crossfit class and was introduced to my weaknesses. I learned more about how my body moved and didn’t move than I ever had before.
At that point I was hooked. I was already the owner of Chenal Chiropractic and it became my vision to merge Chiropractic and CrossFit together. I knew if I could get my patients moving the way CrossFit promotes, they would live healthier lives. That is where Wellness Revolution was born.
My favorite part of what we get to do here is see the effort people put into reaching their goals and then getting to celebrate with them when they reach it. We have been impacting people’s lives for the better for 10 years now and I’m looking forward to continuing this impact for our community.

Christophir “Smitty” Smith
Growing up with a single mother, my athletic coaches had a significant influence on my life that was profoundly positive and formative for me. I love to coach because I want to do the same for others.
MORE ABOUT SMITTY
I found Crossfit in 2008, and I have been enamored with its simplicity and efficacy ever since. I believe no other fitness program can provide the type of fun and results that I have seen for myself and those I have been blessed to coach. As a lifelong athlete, I greatly appreciate the challenge and opportunity that Crossfit provides and what I love most about Wellness Revolution Crossfit is that it affords me with something I thought I lost after college athletics: the chance to be part of a team.
I have been blessed to be able to coach a variety of sports including wrestling, weightlifting, cheerleading and gymnastics over the past 20 years. All of which influence how I see movement patterns and help me cue and correct athletes to move safely and improve performance. I have had the opportunity to work with a broad range of individuals whose goals ranged from fall prevention for elderly patients to weight loss interventions in pre and post bariatric surgery patients, to general physical fitness for our firefighters, police, EMS, all the way up to National level weightlifting competitors.
I hope to work with you soon!
Coaching Philosophy – Positive Accountability
I believe in athlete-centered coaching. Athletes’ goals and motivations are the driving force of how I interact with each person. Not everyone likes being coached the same way, so I try to use an interactive communication style focusing on the athlete’s personal preferences to enable growth both inside the gym and out.
It’s my goal to create an environment that empowers my athletes, finishing a workout with their heads held a little bit higher and feeling proud of themselves — believing they are strong, capable, and resilient. I aim to do this through positive accountability by meeting them where they are at and building on their previous success. This strategy holds athletes to realistic and attainable standards.
Finally, I believe what we do in the gym makes us better at what we do outside the gym. I think positive accountability helps everyone achieve more everyday!

Jill Bowerman
My husband and I found Wellness Revolution CrossFit in 2015 when we moved here from Dallas. We started because they were close by, but stayed for the amazing facilities and coaches.
MORE ABOUT JILL
I was born in Alamosa, CO and then lived in the Dallas area. I attended undergrad at Northwestern State University in Louisiana, then Masters in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. I am a mother to two great, smart boys who enjoy sports and competing. I am passionate about competing, pushing myself, and teaching new athletes and kid athletes how to move well.
My husband and I love the “whole body wellness” motto at Wellness Revolution CrossFit. My favorite part of coaching is teaching newer athletes techniques, strategies, and proper movements to enable them to move better each day! I also really enjoy the motivation part of coaching – getting more out of someone than they knew they had.
My fitness philosophy is to listen to your body. Push yourself a little bit past when it’s telling you “no” but rest accordingly. Rest is just as important as appropriate intensity. And your food is your fuel. What you eat is as important as your exercise.

- CF L-1, MSPT
Kent Brunen
I’m from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada and I found CrossFit and Wellness Revolution in 2016. I was tired of globo-gyms and at home workouts.
MORE ABOUT KENT
As a former collegiate athlete, we had Olympic lifting incorporated into our workouts and fell in love with all of them (except the snatch…7’3” wingspan does not align with that movement…but I shall prevail one day). I craved something different and varied and intense and that’s what I found in CrossFit. My body responded better than any other training program I’ve been a part of throughout my athletic career. But most importantly and continually, it’s the people and community that means the most to me and my wife, Kerri, who joined shortly after me.
I want to pay forward what my first CrossFit coaches taught me when I first started out. Coaching for me is pure fun and I love seeing the “firsts” for new and existing CrossFit’ers. And if I can be a small part of that…that means more than any personal PR I’m striving for.
Have fun and when the buzzer goes off…it’s go time. See what you’re capable of today. Rinse and repeat tomorrow.

Ally Arnold
I was raised in Benton, AR and I’m a CrossFit Level 1 coach. I have passed WRCF over the years and was always curious about the place.
MORE ABOUT ALLY
A few friends and myself were in need of a new CrossFit box and were dropping in at some of the local places to try them out. When we dropped in at WRCF for the first time, KT was coaching and she was AWESOME! The atmosphere was so relaxed and welcoming and the bathroom had AC! We attended a few more classes and knew we had found our new box! 🙂 The coaches are so diverse as well as the member base, and I love it! When I saw there was an opening on the coaches team, I just knew it was a team I wanted to be a part of!
The moment you see a movement click for someone… gosh, it’s a beautiful moment. Watching people get stronger and doing more than they thought they could when they started. Getting to play a part in that is so fulfilling! It also teaches me so much about the movements, people, fitness, humility, grit, and myself. It makes me a better human!
Leave it all on the floor but leave your ego at home! Everyone has phases and each phase can be great if you let it and don’t get in your own way. I’m learning to appreciate that more and scaling is cool! 🙂

Blu Coburn
I was introduced to Wellness Revolution CrossFit by some of my family members and friends, who were members here. I love WRCF for the atmosphere, the excellent facility, and the people.
MORE ABOUT BLU
The coaches here have broad levels of experience, which I appreciated as a member before I was a coach. WRCF not only provides for our fitness needs, but it offers a wide variety of services to help make a better you. While at WRCF, I have found a community that reflects key values of my own, such as continually growing mentally and physically, celebrating achievements, and eating… I really like eating.
Now that I am a coach, I absolutely love having the opportunity to help someone become a better version of themselves daily. There’s no greater sense of satisfaction for me as a coach than the look on an athlete’s face when they are successful at something that was once a challenge, and knowing I helped them achieve that. I believe fitness is more than just becoming physically stronger. It’s a lifestyle that builds our all-around strength and character. I love CrossFit because it requires you to push yourself beyond your comfort zone, all while having the time of your life!

Nick Kelly
Before I found Crossfit in 2012, I was an avid runner and triathlete. I loved pushing myself to race a little faster and a little longer.
MORE ABOUT NICK
Before I found CrossFit in 2012, I was an avid runner and triathlete. I loved pushing myself to race a little faster and a little longer. I originally started CrossFit to become a better triathlete, but once I started; I was hooked. I began coaching in 2014, and have loved every minute of it. In 2015, I was able to get my CrossFit Endurance certification which teaches endurance athletes the proper techniques and training methods to reduce injuries.
Coaching Philosophy:
I believe in working hard, pushing yourself, setting goals, and no excuses. I believe a little or sometimes a lot of sweat will make the rest of your day much better. Helping people push past their perceived limits and accomplish things they didn’t know were possible is what drives me as a coach. I will be the voice in your head telling you, you can do it when you are telling yourself you can’t. We are all much more powerful than we think we are. I don’t care how big or small your goal is. I know you can reach it and I want to help you do it!

MORE ABOUT MICHAEL
Coaching Philosophy:
“When nothing seems to help, I go and look at a stonecutter hammering away at his rock perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Yet at the hundred and first blow it will split in two, and I know it was not that blow that did it — but all that had gone before.” – Gregg Popovich
“I grabbed a pile of dust, and holding it up, foolishly asked for as many birthdays as the grains of dust. I forgot to ask that they be years of youth.” – Ovid
My coaching philosophy is simple and significant – CrossFit is hard work and it will only get harder as you get better at it, but through this this hard work, I guarantee you that you will trade years of fragility for years of youth.
Athletic Accomplishments:
- Karl Malone once complimented my swimming technique.
