Before I found Crossfit in 2012, I was an avid runner and triathlete. I loved pushing myself to race a little faster and a little longer. I originally started Crossfit to become a better triathlete, but once I started; I was hooked. I began coaching in 2014, and have loved every minute of it. In 2015, I was able to get my Crossfit Endurance certification which teaches endurance athletes the proper techniques and training methods to reduce injuries.


Coaching Philosophy

I believe in working hard, pushing yourself, setting goals, and no excuses. I believe a little or sometimes a lot of sweat will make the rest of your day much better. Helping people push past their perceived limits and accomplish things they didn’t know were possible is what drives me as a coach. I will be the voice in your head telling you, you can do it when you are telling yourself you can’t. We are all much more powerful than we think we are. I don’t care how big or small your goal is. I know you can reach it and I want to help you do it!



Many different races including, 5 half -marathons, adventure-races, trail-runs up to 25k, triathlons – sprint distance up to 50 miles.
